Rising Phoenix

A space for transformation, self-discovery and coming home to yourself

Rising Phoenix was born from my own journey of transformation — a journey through challenging experiences, endings and new beginnings, and moments that opened the door to a different way of living.

The Phoenix became a symbol of this journey for me: of the inner strength that allows us to rise from difficult experiences and, each time, come closer to ourselves, our truth and our inner light.

Welcome. I’m glad you’re here.

Finding Your Way Back to You

A space for women who feel lost, stuck or disconnected from themselves.

A 1:1 session offering space to slow down, turn inward and reconnect with yourself.

Sometimes life takes us to places where we no longer recognise ourselves.

We may feel lost, stuck, disconnected, or as though we are going around in circles. We may lose touch with our desires, our confidence, our creativity or our sense of direction.

And sometimes, beneath all of this, there is simply a longing to feel like ourselves again.

During the session, we explore what may be keeping you from moving forward and create space for greater clarity, self-trust and connection with your own inner voice and wisdom.

A Space to Come Home to Yourself

My role is not to tell you what your path should be, or to fix anything about you.

I am here to accompany you, hold space and support you in exploring your own truth.

Depending on what you bring into the session, we may weave together hypnotherapy & RTT®, intuitive work, energy work, guided reflection and visualisation.

There is no fixed formula. Each session is shaped around you and what you are experiencing at this point in your life.

Maybe it is time to come home to yourself.
